- Off by default. It replies only when it’s confident, only to reviews that arrive after you turn it on, and leaves anything sensitive, like billing, privacy or legal, to you. Every decision is logged.

- Send new reviews, reviews Lisvo flags for a person, published replies and new in-app feedback to your own systems. Signed and retried.
- Export

What counts as a message
A message is a new review from the App Store or Google Play, or a new in-app feedback item sent to Lisvo’s API. Each counts once, in the month Lisvo first sees it. If Lisvo first sees a review more than 10 days after the date the store reports for it, as with the review history of a store you’ve just connected, it counts as history and not toward your volume. Editing a review, or Lisvo re-analysing it, never counts it again. Translating, classifying or drafting a reply never counts as an extra message.
If you go over
Volumes are soft limits. If you go over, we’ll tell you in good time and agree extra volume with you, at €0.15 per additional message. The plan is billed annually and volume is counted per month; extra messages you’ve agreed to are invoiced afterwards. You can also agree a spending cap, or move to a larger plan. On Enterprise, larger volumes are covered by an individual agreement. You’re never charged automatically.
Prices exclude applicable taxes.

We run our own apps in Lisvo
Lisvo is built by Kodeo Labs, a studio in Åland. Our own apps reach around 50,000 monthly active users. We built Lisvo to manage feedback from our own products. We use it every day, so we’re the first to notice when something needs improving.
Stores
Official APIs, no store passwords
Google Play connects through Google’s own sign-in, App Store Connect through an API key you create and can revoke. We never ask for your store passwords, and stored credentials are encrypted.
In-app
Keys you can revoke
In-app feedback arrives through Lisvo’s API with an app key. Keys are hashed and can be revoked.
